This is a new non-invasive Magnetic Therapy for urinary incontinence (leakage) & some other ailments such as chronic pelvic/prostatic pain.

Any adult, male or female, with urge &/or stress urinary leakage is eligible for this treatment after evaluation by a urologist. However, it can no be given to children, pregnant ladies, patients with pacemakers & patients with metallic implants inside the body.

It works by strengthening the pelvic nerves & muscles with Magnetic Stimulation, thus improving the urinary control.

The treatment involves sitting on a Magnetic Chair for 20 minutes per session twice a week for a total of 10 to 20 sessions. It is completely pain free, noninvasive, which means no needless, probes or patches are inserted. Patient sits on the chair wearing his/her normal clothes.

In USA, this treatment is approved by the FDA, as an effective modality for conservative treatment of urinary incontinence.

In appropriately selected patients, this is effective in more than 80% of the cases. There are no known side effects. In some patients the effect may not be long lasting in which case a repeat treatment may be offered.
